Track My Order

Can't wait for your pet's new treats and toys to arrive? We get it — and so do they! Here's how to track your PawShips order:

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email to see the latest updates on your delivery. You can also copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website.

Step 3: Check Your Order Status

If you created a PawShips account, you can log in and view your order history and current order status at any time.

If your tracking information hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, or if you believe your package may be lost or delayed, please don't hesitate to contact us. Have your order number ready and we'll look into it right away.
